Tallow & Pine is a small coffee roastery with a tasting room at the front and a single drum roaster at the back. We buy green coffee in small lots from importers who publish where it came from and what the growers were paid.

We roast twice a week and keep a short menu: two espressos, a rotating filter coffee and whatever we are currently excited about. Everything on the shelf was roasted within the last ten days.

Wholesale customers are mostly neighbourhood cafes and offices within cycling distance. We deliver by cargo bike whenever the weather allows.
